This is for one unit, the picture is showing each side. It is an SMA male to N-female adapter- also referred to as a pigtail or converter. You can use this to connect LoRa or other boards with SMA female connectors to an N-male antenna or cable.

Dealing with antenna connector gender can be confusing because it is not always the way it appears. This an SMA connector which is different from an RP-SMA connector though they look very similar. If you have any questions about fit, please contact us.
