The APAG05-2 Outdoor Booster is a highly efficient and industrial quality product designed to increase the performance and range of any 2.4 GHz wireless device. This includes Bluetooth, P2P, P2MP, 802.11b, 802.11b+, 802.11g, 802.11n, and 802.11b+gn access points and wireless routers. The APAG05-2 amplifies the signal of any 802.11b/g/n device for up to 2Watt in power. This is ideal for enterprise or last mile use and is not recommended for home use.
This is 2.4 GHz only and does not transmit 5 GHz.
This is different from our ALFA USB WiFi boosters which also serve as WiFi receivers. This is not a receiver and cannot pickup WiFi signals on its own. It is an AC-powered pen booster designed to be connected to the N-male antenna port of a transmitter (AP or router) or its coaxial cable, and the antenna for the AP or router is then connected to it.
The APAG05-2 extends signal range, and in certain conditions, can increase the range of the transmission area by 3-4x. This eliminates the use of an additional radio with its associated data line, power outlet, signal interference, and setup headaches. The APAG05-2 is the fast and easy way to extend your signal range in any environment.
The max input of this device is 200mW, so it should not be used in conjunction with a WiFi router already transmitting over 200mW.

Installation
- The ANT “ Control Port of List) signal booster connects to the antenna.
- The ” AMP ” Port of signal booster connects to the “TO AMP” port of DC Injector.
- The ” TO AP ” Port of DC Injector connects to the antenna port of AP or Wireless Router.
- The DC adaptor plugs into the DC Jack.
- Turn on the AP or Wireless Router.
