RAK11200 WiFi and BLE Espressif ESP32-WROVER with Arduino Open Source.

The RAK11200 is based on Espressif ESP32-WROVER 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi & Bluetooth module and part of the WisBlock Core series. It is programmable and compatible with other WisBlock modules. It also features a built-in PCB antenna.
