SMA Male to N-MALE antenna extension coaxial cable 240/400 grade (choose length 6′ 10′ 15′ 25′)

This special low-loss SMA male to N MALE extension cable is 240 grade (LMR-240* equivalent loss) low loss shielding. The cable can be used to put an extension between an SMA antenna connector on a LoRa device or Meshtastic radio and an N-female antenna.

Commonly used for Meshtastic and LoRa devices

This cable is compatible with N-female outdoor antennas like the low profile Rokland 6 and 8 dbi units (not compatible with 6 & 8 dBi MISSION series).

As the cable in between the antenna and adapter gets longer, you will experience cable loss, which is a drop in the signal gain of the antenna. With low-quality unshielded extension cables, the huge drop in gain will mean a much lesser range. Our special low loss cable limits the cable loss factor and preserves the high gain of your antenna.

We do recommend RokTape to seal all outdoor connection points. 

Compare gain loss of this cable at 6ft example length:
915 MHz application: – 0.4 dB (LoRa device)

Compare this to a cheaper RG-58 shielded cable of the same length- the gain loss would be -0.9 dB for 915 MHz. Twice as much loss with inferior cable!
